That means that if you have met your deductible and have out of network acupuncture benefits, then your PPO insurance company will often cover 65-100% of your treatment. You pay upfront at the time of service and we can provide you a superbill to send to your insurance company directly for your reimbursement. Please call your provider to confirm your specific benefits.
